Mini Update 2.1 - Documentation Fixes

This is a quick and tiny update making some changes to the documentation included in the download. Part of these changes are an updated color palette table and color config example, which brings together all the colors from all the Isle of Lore 2 packs. Thanks for using my assets! :)
